wanna go fast!

Raining terribly hard outside (and freezing) so went down to the gym to use the treadmill.

Started with brisk walking for about 5 minutes, then jogging for another 5 or so, then 2-3 minutes of real sprinting, walked for a while, and then jogged again... ended with a really nice protracted cooldown.

Overall:
40 minutes
2.60 miles

I can't help it. I know I shouldn't be running fast, but I love it. I'm naturally good at running fast for very short distances. It will take some time to train myself to slow down and spread the energy out into a longer run.

Will go take a hot soak in a few mins.

Added some songs to the soundtrack too: Jimi Hendrix, the Who, Austin Powers and Pulp Fiction soundtracks, the Rolling Stones.
